Dispute Resolution Disputes arise when two or more parties have different opinions on matters and people can inevitably remain faithful to their opinion which leads to dispute or unresolved issue. We can: Assess whether we consider there to be valid grounds for a difference of opinion/ dispute Advise on implications of pursuing such a dispute Assist with the preparation of claims to be presented to the other party Assist with responses to any comments made by the other party Provide guidance on dispute resolution processes such as mediation, adjudication, legal involvement. We do not offer any of these services, however, can provide advice on how to pursue such course of action |
