About Us Draecas Ltd provides a variety of quantity surveying and construction related commercial matters as well as construction claims and dispute resolution. Jennifer Willis, Director of Draecas, is a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic in a variety of commercial and contractual matters within the construction industry and encourages teamwork, integrity, flexibility and, most of all, delivering what client’s want. Draecas Ltd has expertise and experience working in a variety of quantity surveying and commercial roles, including private practise, consultancy, subcontracting and also with some of the largest construction companies in the UK and, therefore, can provide services to all these sectors of the construction industry. We understand the goals, objectives and challenges clients, subcontractors and main contractors encounter, and we have the skills to work towards solutions. |
